Coaching is a journey of self-discovery, awareness and conscious change.

As coaches, we design an alliance with you to facilitate your personal and professional development, to achieve personal growth and targeted improvements and –ultimately – contentment.

Our approach is holistic and straight forward: we stimulate self-discovery by asking powerful questions and by assigning homework between sessions. Homework may be “thought experiments”, such as inquiries to deepen your thinking, and/or “field experiments”, actions to try in the real world for your experiential learning so that you can adopt new approaches and strategies to situations.

President & Founder

Elena Addomine founded INSOL Consulting in New York City in 2003.

Elena is a former manager of Ernst&Young Worldwide Management Consulting and the former Time Warner Director of IT Strategy and

Planning.

She has three decades’ experience in information technology and business strategic planning issues. She holds a CPCC diploma from the Coaching Training Institute (CTI) and she specializes in business and executive coaching and leadership development.
